OUR CLASSES
Our lively lessons include a series of postures that are meant to increase flexibility and strength. Every class will have yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and final relaxation (savasana) for the integration of the yoga practice to the nervous system. Regardless of your level of yoga experience, or lack there of, every student will be welcomed at their level and receive individualized attention that is personalized.

Then we're just the yoga studio for you!
We specialize in working with beginners and all level yoga practitioners in semi-private 12 week sessions. We are a unique studio that has invested in one of the biggest yoga props available, a specialized wall we use for yoga. During a wall yoga class, we use straps attached to hooks on a wall to assist students with their yoga practice. There are many benefits to wall yoga:
You can hold poses longer
Increase your strength
Strengthen different muscle groups
Improve flexibility & balance
attain proper alignment
And easily get into poses that may normally be difficult including inversions
At Balance Yoga we educate our students to activate their muscles so they find both more strength with flexibility and build confidence in their yoga practice all while finding a mind-body connection to peace and calm.
We provide private and group yoga classes at our exclusive Springfield studio. Our highly experienced yoga educator will guide you through your practice and leave you feeling on top of the world. Our mission is to educate clients on how to age well with grace, balance and flexibility.
